Interested in developing the capacity of your leadership team? Do you need your managers and supervisors to be more proactive about performance management issues and addressing team tensions? This workshop series functions both as a team development and skill building opportunity.
Our leadership series typically consists of up to 6 half-day sessions that introduces participants to many of the key concepts and skills required for effective management of workplace conflict. While the workshops do not necessarily need to be taken as a series, our clients have found that participating in a series of workshops spanning weeks or months is most beneficial for a learning, skill development and integration.
A typical leadership series on “Addressing Workplace Conflict” looks like:
Sessions 1 and 2 – Understanding and Addressing Workplace Conflict
