When I saw this article in the Winnipeg Free Press, my first reaction was I’m not surprised. My second reaction was This is totally depressing.
“Only 10 per cent of management jobs are held by women. That includes presidents, vice-presidents and those in the so-called C-suite — the chief executive, finance, operating and other officers… Nationally, the proportion of women in executive jobs is closer to 18 per cent.”

It’s not like there is a shortage of highly effective women leaders out there.
It continues to confound me that gender diversity continues to be an uphill battle.
